In Efekt company, pavilions are produced ecologically, energy-efficiently and in a modern style. Porter-lodges and garages that customers will find in our offer meet Polish Standards (PN), which are valid since this year. This means that they have an appropriate steel construction, which is in every respect adapted to the snow and wind zones of a given region. Porter-lodges and garages designed by us, have thick walls and a roof with appropriate heat transfer coefficients. However, the most important aspect is the way of assembly – minimized number of thermal bridges.

Application of security cabin

Security cabins are small modular units, designed individually for each customer; they are distinguished by their rather small surface and large glazing.

WHY ARE OUR SECURITY CABINS SPECIAL?

Our modular security cabin is a single module with its own steel construction, thermally insulated walls and a roof. We make buildings in standard without equipment, however, if the customer wishes, we can make interior finishing: floor panels, electrical installations, sanitary equipment and installations. Extended roof, large glazing, often sliding windows and external blinds are just some of the characteristic features of a security cabin.

APPLICATION OF SMALL OBJECTS

Whether it is a company headquarters, hospitals, trade fairs or car parks, the security cabin is a showpiece for visitors.
These types of facilities are used as porter’s lodges, guard lodges, parking booths, security company pavilions, sales kiosks.

ADVANTAGES OF SECURITY CABINS

Undoubtedly, the biggest advantage of this type of facilities is the modular construction which allows not only to change the place of use of the facility but also to quickly assemble it. The object is built entirely in our factory and it is transported in the form of a single module to the customer and assembled on site. The assembly is a very quick task and after a few hours, the object is ready for use.

Security containers are pavilions of small size, up to 10 m2 in the base, used mainly by security staff.

EXPRESS PAVILIONS FOR SECURITY CONTAINERS

Pavilions intended for security containers are produced entirely in the company premises and assembled as one element on the customer site. This makes it possible for the security container to be used immediately.

One more solution of the ground for the pavilion

In a situation where we cannot pour a concrete bench or concrete blocks and the ground in the place where the pavilion is to be located is not horizontal, we can make a steel frame leveling the ground in this way.
Below are some photos of how our last client in the Netherlands has prepared.
After placing the pavilion on the frame, we cover the frame and all visible non-aesthetic elements with special covers.
Soon there will be a short video from this construction.

De verkoop van moderne appartementen, panden voor kantoren of andere activiteiten vindt meestal plaats in een even moderne omgeving. Ook kantoorpaviljoens van sandwichpanelen van de firma Efect kunnen een blikvanger zijn en waar toekomstige kopers zich prettig zullen voelen. Het moderne ontwerp van het kantoorpaviljoen is niet alleen een ruimte die geschikt is om klanten te ontvangen, maar ook de originele gevel, afwerking en inrichting van het interieur van het paviljoen. Moderne ontwerpen van kantoorpaviljoens, Office Containers, Praktijkruimte, Vakantiehuis bieden ruime mogelijkheden voor uitbreiding van de faciliteit met nieuwe modules en verplaatsing van de faciliteiten naar nieuwe locaties de verkoop van appartementen. De gevel van de moderne kantoorpaviljoens is aangepast aan het uiterlijk van de naburige gebouwen, zodat ze een samenhangend geheel vormen. Indrukwekkende kantoorpaviljoens, paviljoens voor Mantelzorgwoning, kunnen een minimum aan ruimte innemen, maar – indien nodig – ook worden gemoderniseerd en extra modules worden toegevoegd om de belanghebbende die geïnteresseerd zijn in het kopen van een appartement in comfortabele omstandigheden te huisvesten.

Efekt-Paviljoens in Frankrijk

Wij hadden het genoegen om een paviljoen , Modulair gebouw, Kantoorunits, Kantoorcontainer, te bouwen in een zeer zonnige regio van Frankrijk in 83440 Montauroux.

Dit is ons eerste paviljoen van 7m x 5m.

In de toekomst zal het als kantorgebouw gebruikt worden.
